| Dress Code |
All classes will abide by the following dress code:
- Hair will be secured back, away from the face and neck.
- Dance clothes will be worn. No denim or non-stretch material is allowed.
- Appropriate shoes are required. Please ask the teacher or the front desk what shoes are needed.
- Jewelry must be limited. Nothing that could cause bodily harm to one’s self or another dancer is allowed. This includes big hoop earrings, certain body piercing, and long necklaces.

| Class Requirements |
| All students in beginning/intermediate, intermediate and/or advanced classes are required to take a technique class. This class will be offered at a discounted rate. Enrollment and attendance in technique classes is mandatory for all beginning/intermediate, intermediate and advanced students. |
| Class Etiquette |
All students will abide by the following dance etiquette rules:
- Students will arrive on time, with the proper attire.
- Students will show respect to all staff and other students at Inspire Dance and will conduct themselves in a disciplined manner.
- Profanity, abusive language, vulgarity, or violence of any type is not permitted and may result in termination of membership to Inspire Dance with no refund.
- Chewing gum during class is not permitted.
- Food is not permitted in the dance studios. Water bottles filled with water are allowed.
- Personal belongings must be stored in specified areas. See teacher or front desk for details.

| Late Arrival Policy |
| Any student arriving to class later than twenty (20) minutes after the class has started may be asked to sit and observe that class. This is to prevent any injuries due to insufficient warm-up time that was missed upon arriving late. In such instances, classes will not be allowed to be made-up. |
| Make-Up Policy |
| In the event that a class is missed, the student will be allowed to attend a make-up class. All classes must be made-up in the same level as the missed class and must be made-up within the current semester. Any classes missed and not made-up within the allowed timeframe will not be refunded, and no credits will be given toward the next month’s tuition. |
| Absentee Policy |
| Any unexcused absences lasting for more than three (3) weeks in a row, without prior arrangements made with the directing officers of Inspire Dance, will result in termination of membership to Inspire Dance. Inspire Dance does not pro-rate for any classes missed.

Students paying on a month-to-month basis can choose one of the following payment options:
- Payment of Cash or Checks made payable to Inspire Dance.
- Payment of Debit or Credit Card.
Invoices
will be emailed monthly. |

| |
Students paying per semester can choose one of the following payment options with a discount of 5% off the entire semester bill:
- Payment of Cash or Checks made payable to Inspire Dance.
- Payment of Debit or Credit Card.
Invoices will be emailed at the beginning of each semester. |
| Yearly |

Students paying per year can choose between one of the following payment options with a discount of 10% off the entire bill:
- Payment of Cash or Checks made payable to Inspire Dance.
- Payment of Debit or Credit Card.

| Summer |
| |
Students paying for summer classes can choose between one of the following payment options::
- Payment of Cash or Checks made payable to Inspire Dance.
- Payment of Debit or Credit Card.
Summer tuition must be paid in full. Registration fee is due at time of payment. |
| Late Payments |
| If any account is in default more than 5 days past the first day of the month, they will pay a 10% late fee for the month in default. Any account not paid by the 10th day of the month will result in the termination of membership to Inspire Dance, and the student will not be permitted into class. If termination occurs prior to recital, and recital costume has already been paid for and ordered, costume will be available for pick up by student, however, thestudent will not be permitted to perform in recital due to insufficient time spent in class for preparation. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Any accounts paid for entire semesters, or yearly sessions will not be refunded or pro-rated upon cancellation of membership before the semester or year expires. As stated in our billing policies, accounts paid in full for semesters or years are at a discounted rate, and will not be refunded upon early termination of membership. Inspire Dance reserves the right to take legal action against the payee in the event outstanding balances are not paid at time of cancellation. |

| Scheduling and Calendar |
| Our dance year consists of 9 month and runs from September through June. Tuition is broken down into a 36 week calendar year. June tuition will be prorated to half the student's regular monthly tuition rate. Semester and Yearly contracts have this factored into payments. | Proper Paper Work |
| All students of Inspire Dance must fill out all required insurance and informational paper work and the information must be kept up-to-date. If any information needs to be updated, student shall do so in a timely manner. |
| Enrollment Policy |
Classes may be cancelled, changed, or combined due to insufficient number of students enrolled in particular classes. In such events, students will be placed in another class at the discretion of the directors. Minimum of 4 students per class is required to keep classes open. Any Intermediate or Advance students may take any lower level class in the same style they are enrolled in free of charge.*
*Excludes Mommy & Me, Dance N Play and Pre-Dance classes. |
| Performance Policy |
| All tuitions and fees due to Inspire Dance must be paid in full before the performance date in order for students to participate in that performance. For recital, this includes any outstanding tuition balance. |
